SCHLATTER advises numerous clients on professional sports law. Sports law consists of an intersection of many areas of everyday legal practice. One focus of our work is on sports labor law, player transfer law, and arbitration law, as well as advising clubs and their affiliated corporations, professional athletes, coaches, and agent and consultant agencies.

We support our clients in negotiating, drafting, and preparing player and coach contracts, termination agreements, agent contracts, and transfer agreements—always in compliance with the relevant legal and association regulations, of course.

We also represent our clients' interests in proceedings before association and arbitration tribunals as well as state courts.
