Wolf Herzberger joined the firm in 1981 and has been a partner since 1985.

Er berät und vertritt Unternehmen auf dem Gebiet des Wirtschaftsrechts mit den Schwerpunkten Unternehmenstransaktionen, Commercial law and Corporate law, distribution law, and industrial property rights. He supports the management boards of several companies as chairman of the supervisory board and advisory board, and has also acted as executor for several entrepreneurs. For many years, he has been listed in the JUVE Handbook “Commercial Law Firms” as a frequently recommended lawyer in the field of Commercial law and Corporate law genannt.

Wolf Herzberger also has many years of extensive experience in family law, particularly in complex asset disputes. Our clients benefit from his economic expertise and experience in this area and in the drafting of prenuptial agreements for entrepreneurs and freelancers. 

Mr. Herzberger has retired from day-to-day business, but continues to be available as a lawyer for selected mandates.
