Sebastian Müller studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Leuven (Belgium), specializing in Tax law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Mosbach Regional Court, including placements at schlatter.law, the Administrative Court in Mannheim, and a large German law firm in Frankfurt am Main.

Before joining schlatter.law, Sebastian Müller worked as an in-house lawyer in the tax department of an international auditing firm in Stuttgart. His work focused on providing comprehensive tax advice to international corporations and family-run businesses.

Since 2022, Sebastian Müller has been advising and representing individuals and companies in all areas of tax law and of corporate law.. The focus of his work lies in the following areas business succession, restructuring and M&A.

Sebastian Müller is a member of the German Bar Association and the Heidelberg Bar Association.
