Natascha Rittner studied in Konstanz and, after completing her first state examination, earned her doctorate under Prof. Dr. Jochen Taupitz at the Institute for German, European, and International Medical Law, Health Law, and Bioethics at the Universities of Heidelberg and Mannheim. During her doctoral studies, she also worked as a research assistant at the institute and served as managing director of the associated support association for several years. She then completed her legal clerkship in Mannheim.

Natascha Rittner has been working as a lawyer since 2007 and specializes in family law and Inheritance law In 2010, she obtained the title of specialist lawyer for family law , in 2023 the title of specialist lawyer for Inheritance law.

In the area of family law Ms. Rittner advises and represents her clients in separation and divorce matters as well as in matters relating to non-marital partnerships, both in and out of court. She also drafts prenuptial agreements and divorce settlements in preparation for notarization in order to avoid or terminate legal disputes. 

In inheritance law Ms. Rittner is your contact person for the drafting of last wills and testaments, lifetime transfers with a view to a later Inheritance law as well as for living wills and powers of attorney. She also advises and represents her clients both in and out of court in inheritance disputes, in the clarification of compulsory portion claims, in probate proceedings, and in all legal matters relating to death.
