Christian Strubel studied law at the University of Mannheim and obtained his doctorate at the University of Salzburg.

Before joining schlatter.law, Christian Strubel worked for several years in the tax department of an international auditing firm in Mannheim. His focus was on income and corporate tax law, both with international implications.

Christian Strubel is a specialist lawyer for Tax law as well as Handels- and Corporate law and tax advisor, advising and representing individuals and companies in all areas of tax law and of corporate law.His focus is on the following areas: restructuring, M&A and business succession.

He has also successfully completed specialist training in inheritance law. Another focus of his work is the drafting of gift agreements, wills, and inheritance contracts within the framework of tax-oriented asset succession planning.

Christian Strubel is also a certified business succession consultant (Center for Business Succession at the University of Mannheim e.V.) and a member of the Mannheim Bar Association.
