Alexandra Weddeling studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg im Breisgau with a focus on labor law and social law and completed her legal clerkship at the District Court of Heidelberg with a focus on inheritance and family law.
Since 2022 Alexandra Weddeling has been working as a lawyer in the law firm schlatter.law. The main focus of her work is advising clients on inheritance and succession law.
She assists her clients in the drafting of wills and testamentary transfers and advises and represents her clients in inheritance disputes, in the clarification of compulsory portion claims and in all other inheritance law issues.
In addition, Alexandra Weddeling advises her clients in the area of family law, both in divorce and separation matters as well as on legal issues relating to child custody.
A further focus of Alexandra Weddeling's advice is general civil law with reference to private construction law and public procurement law.
She is a member of the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwaltverein).
