Christian Strubel studied law at the University of Mannheim and completed his doctorate at the University of Salzburg. 

Before joining SCHLATTER, Christian Strubel’s activities included working in the tax department of an international auditing company at their location in Mannheim. There he focused on income tax law and business tax law, each involving international aspects.

Christian Strubel is a specialist attorney for tax law and trade and commercial law as well as tax consultant and advises individuals and companies in all fields of tax law and corporate law. His main focus is on restructuring, M&A and corporate succession.

Christian Strubel has also successfully completed the specialist lawyer course for inheritance law. He also specialises in drafting gift agreements and wills as part of tax-oriented asset succession planning.

Christian Strubel is also a certified corporate succession consultant (Zentrum für Unternehmensnachfolge an der Universität Mannheim e.V.) and a member of the bar association of Mannheim (Mannheimer Anwaltsverein).
