Daniel Schneidenbach studied and completed his clerkship in Heidelberg. During his studies and clerkship, he worked as scientific assistant for the chair of Görg Haverkate and the institute for German and European technology law and environmental law (Institut für Deutsches und Europäisches Technologierecht und Umweltrecht). During his clerkship he also worked for the German university of administrative sciences (Deutsche Hochschule für Verwaltungswissenschaften), the higher administrative court (Verwaltungsgerichtshof) Baden-Württemberg and an international law firm in Frankfurt a. M. From 2003 until he joined SCHLATTER, he was partner of a local law firm. Complementary to his work, he completed his doctorate under Fritz Nicklisch on an IT law topic.

Daniel Schneidenbach joined the law firm in 2005. As specialist attorney for construction law and architect law, the focus of his activities lies on this field. He advises numerous municipalities as well as municipal special-purpose associations, construction companies, architects, and building owners. As specialist attorney for IT law, his tasks also include the drafting of software project contracts and license agreements as well as solving data protection-related problems.

He is a member of the German association for construction law (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Baurecht e. V.), the German Bar Association as well as the working group for private construction law of the bar association (Anwaltsverein) of Heidelberg.
