Natascha Rittner studied in Konstanz and received her doctoral degree at the Institute for German, European and International Medical Law, Public Health Law and Bioethics (IMGB) at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg and the University of Mannheim (Prof. Dr. Jochen Taupitz). During her doctoral studies she worked as scientific assistant for the IMGB and was managing director of its development association (Förderverein). Natascha Rittner then completed her clerkship in Mannheim.
In the field of family law Mrs. Rittner advises and represents her clients in out-of-court dispute resolution as well as in court, especially in matters of divorce, separation and civil union. She also gives advise regarding marriage contracts and divorce settlements in preparation for the notarial act.
In the field of inheritance law Mrs. Rittner advises and represents her clients in matters of testamentary dispositions, lifetime transfers in regard to future rights of succession as well as living wills/patient decrees and lasting power of attorney. Natascha Rittner represents her clients in the field of inheritance law in out-of-court dispute resolutions as well as in-court- disputes. She counsels her clients regarding the distribution of an estate among heirs and coheirs, the right to a compulsory portion, the proceedings regarding the certificate of inheritance and all legal topics connected with cases of death.
Mrs. Rittner ist member of the working group for family law of the bar association (Anwaltsverein) of Heidelberg and member of Deutscher Familiengerichtstag e.V.
