Sebastian Müller studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Leuven (Belgium) with a focus on tax law. He completed his legal traineeship at the Mosbach Regional Court, during which he held positions as a law clerk at schlatter.law, the High Administrative Court in Mannheim and a major German law firm in Frankfurt am Main.
Prior to joining schlatter.law, Sebastian Müller worked as an in-house lawyer in the tax department of an international auditing firm in the Stuttgart office. The focus of his work was on providing comprehensive tax advice and representation to international companies and family-run businesses.
Sebastian Müller joined the firm in 2022. He represents and advises individuals and companies in all areas of tax law and corporate law. The focus of his work is on corporate succession, restructuring and M&A.
Sebastian Müller is a member of the German Bar Association and the Heidelberg Bar Association.
