SCHLATTER advises companies, corporate enterprises, and associations as well as managing boards, chief executive officers, managers, and employees in all areas of individual and collective labor law with two attorneys specializing in labor law.
In the area of individual labor law we focus in particular on dismissal protection rights, fixed-term employment agreements, paid annual leave, and continued remuneration. If indicated, we also plead our clients’ cases in labor courts.
In the area of collective labor law we attend and advise our clients in the organization and implementation of employee participation models and company pension scheme commitments, in company agreement negotiations, labor-management agreements as well as in reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans.
In addition, we also plead our clients’ cases before conciliation boards and in labor courts.
SCHLATTER complete their assistance in this area with the design of employment contracts, management board contracts, management contracts, and termination and settlement agreements as well as with legal assistance in structural measures like restructuring and outsourcing.
