public procurement law

In public procurement law, SCHLATTER advises numerous public clients on the design of Europe-wide or national tenders. This involves both construction services and the procurement of supplies and services.

Our consulting activities focus on the energy industry, transportation projects, and investments in research and higher education. Thanks to our extensive experience, clients receive expert support from SCHLATTER in all phases of the procurement process – starting with the definition and delimitation of the service to be procured, the preparation of the tender documents, active participation in the implementation of the procedure, and representation in any review and appeal proceedings.

In addition to public contracting authorities, SCHLATTER also advises and represents companies in their bids for public contracts. Here, too, we offer support at all stages of the procurement process. One focus of our work is on avoiding mistakes when submitting bids, informing clients about their rights and the appropriate course of action vis-à-vis the contracting authority, and identifying and pursuing possible violations of public procurement law by the contracting authority at an early stage.

Numerous procurement and review proceedings designed and successfully concluded in the interests of the client confirm the experience and expertise of SCHLATTER's procurement law department.
