Jörg Klingmann studied in Heidelberg, Freiburg, and Lausanne. After completing his legal training and subsequently obtaining his doctorate at Heidelberg University on a topic related to international contract law, he joined the firm in 1995.

The focus of his work is on Construction and real estate law and public procurement law. His clientele consists mainly of well-known companies, public corporations, and international research institutions. Jörg Klingmann regularly advises on major procurement procedures, project developments, and real estate transactions. He is also available to perform judicial duties in selected cases. Another focus of his work is contract and commercial law.

Jörg Klingmann is a member of the working groups building law and public procurement law  in the German Bar Association.
