Dr. Daniel Schneidenbach completed his studies and legal clerkship in Heidelberg. During his studies and legal clerkship, he worked as a research assistant at the chair of Görg Haverkate and at the Institute for German and European Technology Law and Environmental Law. During his legal clerkship, he completed placements at the German University of Administrative Sciences, the Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg, and an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main. From 2003 until joining the firm, he worked as a partner at a local law firm. He completed his doctorate under Prof. Dr. Fritz Nicklisch while working full-time.

Dr. Daniel Schneidenbach joined the firm in 2005 and has been a partner since 2008. As a specialist lawyer for construction law and architectural law, he is involved in the drafting and review of project contracts for real estate as well as construction and property purchase agreements, and in court proceedings in construction and architectural matters. He advises numerous local authorities and municipal associations, project developers, property developers, construction companies, architects, engineers, homeowners' associations, and private builders.

He supported the training of legal trainees as a community leader for civil law at the Heidelberg Regional Court and is a member of the German Society for Construction Law, the German Bar Association, and the Working Group for Private Construction Law of the Heidelberg Bar Association.
