Linda Sobbe completed her law studies and legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main. She has been admitted to the bar since 2020 and focuses on Labour law Linda Sobbe joined Schlatter Attorneys at Law in July 2022 and has been supporting the firm's employment law team ever since.

Linda Sobbe advises and represents our clients in collective and individual labor law. Her work focuses on issues relating to the establishment and termination of employment relationships as well as the modification and structuring of working conditions. Her main areas of expertise are dismissal protection and fixed-term employment law, mobile working and home office arrangements, as well as variable forms of remuneration and special payments.

As co-author, she wrote the practical handbook Labour law Deubner Verlag's chapter “Termination Agreement and Severance Agreement.” She also contributed several articles to Deubner Verlag's “Corona Special,” which provides practical information on labor law issues related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Linda Sobbe is a member of the German Bar Association.
