Banking law and Capital market law
Christian Schröder studied law at the University of Mannheim. During his studies, Mr. Schröder gained several years of experience in an insolvency administration firm operating across Germany. Mr. Schröder completed his clerkship at the district court of Mannheim; his activities included working at locations in Heidelberg and Frankfurt.
Since 2015, Christian Schröder as attorney specializing in banking law and capital market law has worked mainly in the field of capital investments, prospectus liability, asset management as well as bankruptcy law. Mr. Schröder represents financial service providers across Germany in the defense against damage claims in legal proceedings. He also focuses on bank contract law.
