Christian Albrecht studied in Berlin and Heidelberg, completed his doctorate on a subject regarding European civil procedure law and gained first professional experience in London and with the German fiscal authorities.
He joined the law firm in 1994 and qualified as tax consultant and specialist attorney for tax law. Advising companies in matters of corporate law and tax law as well as the design of succession planning are the focus of his activities. In addition, he advises and represents tax consultants and attorneys in professional liability disputes.
Christian Albrecht is a member of the European Lawyers Association, the association for corporate law (Gesellschaftsrechtliche Vereinigung) as well as the German tax law association (Deutsche Steuerjuristische Gesellschaft) and the institute for inheritance law (Institut für Erbrecht). He is author of publications in the field of tax law and corporate law.
